How do deliveries work?

Order online, choose pick up or home delivery. On delivery day, receive a text when dispatched and another when complete. For pick-up, find a cooler at the location with a clipboard listing your bag and egg count to take. Initial next to your name, pickup, and enjoy!

What is your return policy?

Perishable goods such as food are exempt from being returned. Additionally, gift certificates are non-returnable.

Do you ship?

No. Our products are available throughout the Chicagoland area. For more information on where to find them, please refer to our "Find Us" page on our website.

What do our chickens eat?

Our free-range, pasture-raised chickens roam outdoors, enjoying natural vegetation and insects for a natural and comfortable life. To ensure year-round health and consistent eggs quality, we supplement their diet with Non-GMO feed made from corn and soy. This balances approach aligns with our commitment to natural farming and results in healthier, tastier eggs for you. 

Do you use vaccines or plan to use the mRNA vaccines?

No. We do not use any vaccines nor do we plan to adopt the use of the mRNA vaccine. Our animals are raised in a way that supports strong natural immunity through clean pastures, fresh air, and low-stress living conditions. 

Do you use hormones or chemicals on your farm?

No. Regenerative agriculture is at the core of everything we do-we farm in harmony with nature, using chemical-free hay, rotational grazing, and natural fertilizers like manure and cover crops to support health animals, soil, and ecosystems. 

Are you Certified Organic?

Although we don't carry the USDA organic certification, our farming practices align closely with organic standards- and often surpass them. We do not use pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, and prioritize transparency over costly certifications, allowing you to see exactly how our methods benefit your health, the animals, and the land.
